Lots of great features for a cabin...but some worries too. Almost too much wood for me, little to no insulation would mean high heating and ac bills...I could see myself living there with a couple modifications.
I frankly don't think heating and A/C would be that much of an issue for a structure this size that a wood stove and fans couldn't largely alleviate. I like the look of it. One of the bigger issues I see for the "tiny home" market is that many smaller structures place the only bedroom in a loft. While practical and attractive in certain respects, for those 60+ in age I doubt many plan to spend their older years clamoring up a ladder to get to bed. This particular structure here appears to have a room in back that can be a first floor bedroom...just a matter of how large that room really is.
