The individual rights without infringing on the community. Perhaps this could be a start to deciding how ones education dollars should be spent. Forget the argumnent of wheteher adminstators or teacher get the dollars. Saving public Education seems to be the prevailing argument that serves to protect the dollars going to the huge Federal and state administrative education complex. The issue is not public or private (voucher system) education. It is a question of choice and accountability, AND the education of our children and grandchildren.

Parental accountability, teacher accountability, and, not be forgotten, the student.

There is an inherant need for justice and awareness that the survival of our nation is at stake.

There is much to consider: should private companies make a profit educating our children? Will public education survive and in what role if vouchers become available to all?
