Puree 1 cup pumpkin (plain pumpkin), 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup EACH sour cream maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a food processor.   Pour into a 9 inch graham cracker crust, bake at 350F.  until set, 45 minutes.
