I found this blog post today. I thought it well-balanced and on a subject near and dear to my heart. Benzodiazepine use and addiction. I am not a fan of them for anything other than acute situations or perhaps severely crippling anxiety. But other solutions should be tried. There are repercussions, both physical and psychological, for these medications.
