Easy Pea Soup... 

Cook 5 sliced green onions in 2 Tbsp melted butter for 7 minutes.  add 3/4 tsp salt and 2 1/2 cups water.  Bring to a boil.  Stir in one 16 ounce bag thawed frozen peas.  Simmer for 6 minutes.  Puree soup in batches until smooth.  Stir in 1 teaspoon lemon juice.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Sere with grilled cheese sandwiches, yummy!!!
