Hello! I was wondering how everyone was assessing their resolutions for the new year. Are you even making one? Or two? And how do you know they are realistic or do-able? It's a set-up for feelings of failure if they are not, which couldn't be a great way to start out a New Year. Let me know what you think or what you are doing.

Dr. Margaret Rutherford is a clinical psychologist who has been in private practice for over 20 years in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
