The tips that will be shared in my posts are my observations and the shared knowledge I have gained over my last 63 years bolstered by academic and field work. Both my formal and informal studies span dietary composition, physiology, physical training and healthcare. I am an educator, observer and living testimonial who strives to be a role model and example of healthy living.

These studies, coupled with the knowledge I’ve gained as a school teacher, mother, friend, daughter, grandmother and fitness professional have allowed me to develop these tips, which have the potential to enhance the lives of everyone, from healthcare professionals to everyday people as well as my community, fellow boomers and their children and grandchildren.

"Keep on Movin!"

June Kittay is our fitness guru with articles and video designed to get us moving! Following back surgery in 2004 June was inspired by an exercise program that speeded her recovery and designed her own series of exercise programs that are full of physical, mental, and social activity.
