After putting on quite a few pounds over the last couple of years I have finally hit my wall. I am really motivated to lose this weight and feel good about myself and in my clothes again. Here's what I am trying. No wheat, no gluten, no sugar and no dairy. Rotations of healthy high-carb foods (like quinoa and brown rice and fruit) and then couple of days of low carb, but high lean protein. Then 3 days of healthys oils added in to healthy carbs and lean proteins. So far so good! Trying to get some exercise in here too. What are you trying?
