I grew up in the sweet old south. I met and married my husband when we were in our late teens. He was stationed at the AFB near my town. We had many years of a very good marriage. And had 4 children. 10 grandchildren, and now have had 3 great grands. My husband died from aggressive blood cancer in 2009. I was in Nursing until I retired. My husband had a lot of foresight, and planned for our needs to be met when he retired. I am most thankful for that. I love the out doors and nature. I love to go and look at the lake, sit beside and hear it's power. I have a little camper up near the lake and love nothing better than to go there and relax and listen to that lake, and share with my wonderful neighbors who love to be there as much as I do. I have 2 little cats, and 2 little dogs. I only have one cat from when my husband was alive, and she was his cat. He never cared much for animals. But Luci picked him, and he was attached to her. She is a calico, and getting some years on her. I love to dance, I love to sing Kareoke, and have some gals pals that love to sing it too. So once in a while we go out to the bar just to sing and laugh and talk to others who like the same things we do. Well, that is enough for now. Happy to have found the group.
