So where should I begin. Joined the Air Force right out of high school and did a tour in Misawa Japan and San Antonio. Got my degree that was financed by the GI bill. Have spent 30 years in retail management. Most recently (last year) I made a health life style change loosing 60 pounds and exercising more. Have been training this year to race in a Sprint Triathlon in October having competed in the Mount Gretna and Philadelphia Tri already this year.
